Yoga for People of Color w/Briana Martin
Need a space to unwind, let go, release, and be yourself? Join Briana every Tuesday at the MCSC for Yoga. You don’t need a mat, special yoga clothing, or any experience with yoga. Just come as you are! While honoring the roots and traditions that Yoga comes from, Briana will lead your through a variety of asanas (yoga postures) to help you connect to and care for your precious self. Briana is certified yoga teacher, a Trio/SSS Coordinator and Mentor, and a UVM Mindfulness staff facilitator. Come once and check it out or make it a Tuesday noon-time ritual. This class is open to all POC students, staff, and faculty….And its FREE!
