Yoga for People of Color with Briana Martin
Need a space to unwind, let go, release, and be yourself? Join Briana every Tuesday at the MCSC classroom for Yoga. You don’t need a mat, special yoga clothing, or any experience with yoga. Just come as you are! While honoring the roots and traditions that Yoga comes from, Briana will lead your through a variety of asanas (yoga postures) to help you connect to and care for your precious self. Briana is a certified yoga teacher, a Trio/SSS Coordinator and Mentor, and a UVM Mindfulness staff facilitator. Come once and check it out or make it a Tuesday noon-time ritual. This class is open to all POC students, staff, and faculty….And it’s FREE!

LivingWell is home to the Education & Outreach staff from the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB). They are dedicated to a holistic approach in supporting the needs of students in their pursuit of creating and maintaining healthy, well-balanced lifestyle.
