Hi there! We’re UVM BORED — a group of UVM students who are here to give you the inside track on all the things happening on and off campus. We love UVM (how could you not?!), living in Burly, and spreading the word about awesome things happening in the area. Going Strong for 20+ years. 

UVM BORED was created in the mid ’90s- at that time, the Department of Student Life office heard from students that they were “bored”, even though there were lots of great things happening on campus and in Burlington. Utilizing the ‘new’ Internet, the UVM BORED calendar was formed. Since then technology has changed and so has the look and feel of the site. Today the calendar is visited by about 100,000 people per year and the information on it is used to run websites and fill up campus flat screens – the fame hasn’t gone to our heads; we promise.
