A Cheyenne Woman’s Academic Journey in Native American Studies: A lecture with Dr. Henrietta Mann

The Rubenstein School of Environment and Natural Resources is thrilled to welcome Dr. Henrietta Mann to UVM for a special lecture with introductory remarks by Dr. Sayra Pinto. Dr. Mann is the founding President of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal College and is Professor Emerita at Montana State University, where she was the first to occupy the Katz Endowed Chair in Native American Studies. This is the inaugural Dr. Henrietta Mann lecture, a speaker series to be held at UVM annually. Dr. Henrietta Mann will be speaking in the Silver Maple Ballroom of the Davis Center on September 11th from 4pm-5:30pm.
