BIPOC yoga

Wednesdays, 6-7 PM at the Mosaic Center for Students of Color!

For our Vinyasa Flow classes expect to link breath with a continuous flow in moving meditation. Flow classes are designed to cultivate heat by moving through grounded and standing postures while focusing on the power of breath awareness. Readings shared to center and guide the class include BIPOC creatives and authors. Participants can expect classes that are inclusive, welcoming and facilitated with warmth and care. Come as you are! Mats and props will be provided.
