Thursdays, 3:00-4:00 PM in the Living Well Studio
College life can be very stressful and getting good sleep can be hard to come by. That is why we organized a space where we can support each other as a community to get some rest! One of our caring student mindfulness facilitators will be leading a guided nap meditation to help you wind down. Optional massage-like physical assists will be offered. Hot tea, pillows, essential oils, and blankets will be provided! Come rest with us! It is a radical act of self-care!
