Cooking Skills Series: Energy Bites!

Take a study break, grab a friend, and join WAGE any time between 2 and 4pm! Fuel your brain and pick up a new skill with anti-diet dietitian, Amy Sercel, RD, and health & wellbeing coach, Micaela Young. Energy bites are a cost effective (and delicious!) alternative to granola bars that are super easy to whip-up — even for the most kitchen averse. They’ll have all the mix-and-match ingredients for you to make these wholesome treats your own.
