Wednesdays 11:00-11:45 AM in the Living Well Studio
Ease into your day with a guided meditation led by UVM mindfulness student facilitators. The session will start with a short check in to see how everyone is doing. Then we will guide you in a 20 minute meditation. Each week we will explore different themes, such as compassion, lovingkindness, focus and relaxation. We will have cushions for sitting or mats for lying down. We encourage you to do what you need to take care of your body during the meditation. You are welcome to hang out for tea afterward (bring your own mug if you have one). No experience is needed. Beginners are welcome! Free and open to all UVM affiliates.
