mindful crafting

Thursdays, Feb 1, Mar 7, Apr 4, and May 2 in the Living Well Studio from 7-8PM

Crafting is a natural and joyful way to come into the present moment. We will provide craft materials and some guidance for slowing down and deepening into your process of crafting mindfully. This is a great way to de-stress and meet some crafting friends. No experience needed. Just come be playful with us! (We will have a variety of craft materials, but feel free to bring your own)
