mindful walk in the woods

Join student mindfulness leaders for a mindful walk in nature. Mindful walking is a powerful way to practice mindfulness while being active. The earth already knows how to be present. The leaves already know how to let go. The wind already knows how to make space. All you need to do is show up and let nature teach you! This is a great de-stress activity for the end of the week!

No experience necessary. This walk will be accessible to all abilities. The leader will begin the group by checking in about accessibility. Depending on the needs of the group, walks might take place around campus or in Centennial Woods. Walk will happen rain or shine!

Open to all undergrads, grads, staff, and faculty. Meet at Living Well (First floor Davis Center) at 3:15!

We recommend wearing long socks and tick spray
