Online Morning Meditation

Thursday Mornings from 8:30-9:00AM Online

Ease into your day with a guided meditation led by one of our amazing student mindfulness facilitators. The online session will start with a short check in to see how everyone is doing. Then we will guide you in a 15 minute meditation. Each week we will explore different themes, such as compassion, lovingkindness, focus and relaxation. After the meditation there will be time for optional sharing or reflections. Cameras can be on or off, up to you! This online session is open to all UVM affiliates. No meditation experience is needed. Beginners are welcome!
