Come to the WAGE center Wednesdays from 12-1!
We would love to meet you and connect. Each week we will hold space to practice mindfulness in community and create connections. These mindfulness sessions will include activities such as guided meditation, crafts, and mindful movement. Mindfulness and meditation are all about bringing your attention to the present moment and moving through life with a sense curiosity. You do not need to have any previous mindfulness or meditation experience to come. We look forward to meeting you!
