Yoga and Herbs for Winter Grounding

Plants have been used for thousands of years in cultures around the world to aid in meditation, to cleanse the spirit, and to connect our bodies to seasonal rhythms for improved health.

Join OGGI BE yoga therapist and rewilding guide Christine Badalamenti-Smith and clinical herbalist Katherine Elmer for a yoga and herbalism practice exploring the connection between plants and movement with a focus on tapping into winter stillness for inner peace.

They will begin with a guided meditation, then Christine will guide you in a gentle and grounding vinyasa flow followed by a cup of nourishing winter tonic chai and a discussion about herbs (and recipes) which support grounding and deep nourishment during the cold winter months.

All are welcome!

Please bring your own yoga mat, if you have one!
