We are excited to celebrate Maple Fest here at UVM, a weeklong celebration of Vermont’s favorite sweetener. UVM Dining will be featuring maple treats throughout the week in our dining locations, so be sure to taste them while you can!

  • 🍁 All week long order a Maple Latte at Campus Perk featuring local Proctor Maple and choose from in-store add-ons like whipped cream or maple sprinkles
  • 🍁 Tuesday, March 28: Maple Glazed Donuts
  • 🍁 Wednesday, March 29: Maple Cheesecake + Trivia with Eco-Reps in the DC Atrium 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
  • 🍁 Thursday, March 30: Maple Sugar Cookies
  • 🍁 Friday, March 31: Maple Streusel Muffins

Did you know? 100% of the maple syrup served on campus is from UVM’s own Proctor Maple Research Facility in Underhill, VT. It also contains calcium, manganese, potassium, and magnesium and contains several different types of unique antioxidants.
